JoJo's Last Dance: 2017 Spring Dance Concert May 5 and 6 at 8
Boston native Joanne Caidor '17, known to her dance students as Misses JoJo, transferred to UMass Boston to major in business management in minor in dance. She's choreographed five pieces for the 2017 Spring Dance Concert, happening May 5 and 6 at 8 in University Hall Theatre. She talks about her process and her future plans in this video. To receive the award, students must be Massachusetts residents graduating from one of the 29 state universities and community colleges who plan to continue living and working in the state after graduation. Winners plan to pursue a career in a needed field in the commonwealth, work at a startup, or take on a community service role.
