Keys collected at UMass Boston last year are supporting UMass Boston students in need, just in time for the holiday season. Ralph Greenberg, the founder of the Key for Hope Foundation, presented the U-ACCESS Food Pantry with a check for $1,780 on November 7, 2013. To receive the award, students must be Massachusetts residents graduating from one of the 29 state universities and community colleges who plan to continue living and working in the state after graduation. Winners plan to pursue a career in a needed field in the commonwealth, work at a startup, or take on a community service role.
